Blue Point Brewery Sweeps 1st Annual Golden Tap Awards It was a great night for Blue Point Brewing Company last night at the The Boulton Center for the Performing Arts in Bay Shore. The crew brought home four awards at the 1st Annual Golden Tap Awards. In addition to Mark and Pete being honored with the prestigious Pioneer Award, Blue Point won Best New York State Brewery, BP Toxic Sludge earned Best Long Island New Beer of the Year and Toasted Lager took home top honors of Long Island Beer of the Year.
